Audrey and Bill

When you find someone who fills you with butterflies, hold onto them, and never let them go. You only have one life, and it should not be spent alone.

Right before she got into her wedding dress, Audrey told me she was a little nervous. You could almost see that feeling fade away when she came into view of Bill at the end of the aisle.

The way these two look at one another.

Audrey and Bill must have some serious connections because they had North and Southbound lanes of Route 1 closed as all 200 guests left the church to head to the reception.

Audrey said she really wanted to take some photos on the staircase which is always an easy sell for me. A cascading wedding dress with a bouquet decorated with borrowed pins is the recipe for epic.

My favorite portrait of the day is Audrey’s daughter and son giving her cheek kisses. Her son told me that was a one-take photo, haha.

Blessing of the food.

It was repeated to me throughout the day that this wedding was not going to be a typical wedding. Cocktail hour was supposed to go right into dinner, and dinner was supposed to go right into partying. So happy they decided to do a first dance because the smile on their faces was everything.

The dance floor erupted in a sea of sunglasses.

Favorite family photo ever. Just pure joy.

The pier path was encrusted in seagull poop, but the sunset was too good to pass up.

Audrey and Bill might be in the 70’s and 80’s but I still wanted to photograph them in my own style. It worked out perfectly.

Me “Alright, stop kissing, and look towards me…hey stop kissing.”
Audrey “Sorry, we just love it so much!”

My favorite dancer of the night was this lady. She was tearing it up, and at one point she got a hold of a tie which made no one safe from her lasso and whip.

When you get lost in her arms.

Everyone’s face in this photo is priceless.

She was reeling in her husband, but he wasn’t budging.

And here we are with my favorite portrait of the newly weds. Proof that timeless moments know no bounds.
