Leslie and Marty

A bride who preemptively props the hotel door open is a bride who knows what’s up. The kids were running, the mimosas were flowing, and the 3 o’clock rain was just a short drizzle. Scroll on to see more!

Rebecca put on everyone’s makeup, and Heather came out of retirement just to do hair for the day.

The deepest blue eyes I have seen in a long time!

One of the shots I am trying to incorporate into my getting ready photos. The bride with her dress.

Leslie let me know that dirty jokes around the guys were a must. Those are a piece of cake, especially when you have a groom who wears his fly down all day.

The biggest ham of the entire day. Eric was ready for the camera even if I wasn’t.

Gi helping her Mom Mom put on her necklace.

I love mirrors. I love full length mirrors even more.

Leslie had spots picked out prior to the wedding day. One of the spots was on the other side of the canal to have Irish Eyes, her wedding venue, as the background.

I, of course, am a lover of all this foreground in my photos. This patch of flowers created the most beautiful framing.

First ever Groom spin.

All the beautiful floral arrangements were done by Flourished. Hit them up, and tell them I sent you!!!

The most packed ceremony aisle.

Trying to get married while one of your sons hangs on your arm.

More light up glasses during receptions please!

Speaking of glasses. Mom Mom should have known that kids have lightning fast hands.

When you try to get a nice portrait.

Posing with Great Grandma.

The official lemonade makers of the evening.

As a father of a daughter, it’s moments like these that I love to see the most.

Hitting the dance floor armed with a hand clapper.

The best kind of sandwich.

And here we are! I had to cut their smoke break in half so that I could grab one last creative photo of the day. Shortly after, the skies opened up, and it began to rain…just in time for me to take the long walk back to my car for the evening. I will take that every single time though if it means dry skies during the day.
