Skin Like Porcelain

Sometimes it’s hard to plan a boudoir gift. Work schedules don’t line up with dates available for booking, kids are home from school, or your boyfriend happens to be on-call and he can’t wander to far. When the house has two giant stories, keeping the surprise is till possible.

Ms. L banished him to the cold depths of the first floor, and we went to work on the second. on top of that, the Poor guy just rolled out of bed. SPOILER! He ended up loving his gift :P

This photo in the bathroom was actually the last set we shot. I walked by the open door right before packing up, and immediately asked Ms. L to throw on some jeans. It adds a little voyeuristic twist, and is super easy to pull off because I am giving my client something to actively perform.

That window lighting! This room actually did not have any blinds or curtains because it’s a room they don’t use. There is an older couple who lives next door…Hoping we didn’t cause any spikes in blood pressure over there.

I love mirrors simply for the fact that they give you two views in one photo.

She wanted some photos by the stairwell so we had to sneak some without her boyfriend seeing. her boyfriend who is just down bellow. by the way this guy is text book tall, dark, and handsome. It’s funny because I used to make fun of Ms. L for being so pale, and how her skin reflects light like porcelain. They are literally two ends of the lighting spectrum when they are standing next to each other. I love it!!!

Had to save this one for last because I’m sure it’ll drop some jaws.
