Emily and Hunter

Sometimes it’s crazy how the world works, and how people come and go into your lives. Who would have guessed a winery trip would lead you to the one who would steal your heart. I never would have guessed a winery trip would lead to me standing at the end of their aisle with my camera. At this moment, Emily and Hunter are probably staring at their phones waiting for my text before boarding their plane. So let’s get to it!

The wedding was at Castle Farm, and was super organized with their golf carts when it came to running people to the reception site, and back to their cars. The weather called for rain starting at 4 pm the entire week, and somehow it held off until picture time was completed. So thankful!

Dani and Kate once again doing the makeup. 12 bridesmaids, some mama bears, and of course the beautiful Emily. They got them done in time for what would be the largest bridal party I’ve ever photographed.

If the ground is quacking then her booty must be shaking. It was legit a party the entire time these girls were getting ready.

Hunter played baseball with my brother in law for years, and his father actually officiated my wedding 5 years ago.

Groom baseball card, rookie year.

The glass floor was super cool. The girls just had to be conscious of it as they ran around showing just how much wiggle they could create.

Krista is the talented hair artist that worked on all the girls, solo. I don’t know how she did it, but she did.

All the beautifuls.

The emotion at this moment was so powerful. Hunter’s Grandmother giving him his Grandfather’s last watch.

First look with the girls.

The amount of times I had to say leave your beer behind during the formal portraits of the guys. Sometimes you just have to embrace it though.

And first look with Dad.

Everyone needs a guy who will look at you like this. Whether it be how Hunter looks at Emily, or how Lucas looks at Hunter.

Just take a moment to scan this photo, and appreciate the amount of beauty within it.

I don’t know if this picture is something people usually do, but it randomly popped into my head and they were all for it. Also, shout out to the wedding planner Tiffany B Wyatt for making sure the day went as smoothly as possible.

Two football fields away is the tent for the reception. The path is strung with lights, and it doesn’t get more magical than that.

When the rain stops and we head out for more awesomeness.

This photobooth was super cool, and this is easily my favorite shot of the night.

The dance floor was tame…for the first minute it was open.

I feel like I’ve said booty way to much during this blog post.

I want to say her name was Edith. You might recognize her from a previous wedding I did. JK Emily :P

The song Hurricane will always take me back to this moment from now on.

Her face says “How did I get in this sandwich?”

Could always count on this girl to bring me shots.

Twerk Queen.

I think Wayne was doing a mixture of the sprinkle and karate chop. This little 5 second moment won the title of favorite dancer of the night.

The face you make when you are trying to grind up while you are triple fisting drinks.

Crank that.

A mother son dance is super special. A Grandmother Grandson dance just has that little bit of extra pepper.

Emily and Hunter did not get to do their sparkler exit at the end of the night, but I don’t count that as a loss. Everyone was full throttle the entire evening, and when the rain is pouring then you just have to keep on dancing. The last song of the night was supposed to be private dance with just Emily and Hunter, but this fire is not easily extinguished. I had so much fun, and I am so thankful to have been a part of this amazing day.
