Aly and Tyler

I met Aly and Tyler earlier this year at her brother’s wedding. Lisa, Aly’s mother, shot me a message soon after asking if I was available to do this one, and that it was going to be small and short. I was sold. I don’t need a reason other than the fact that I get to hang around with some of the most amazing people I have ever met. My whole day with them may have just summed up to about a few hours, but those few hours were densely packed with awesomeness.

The most important job at a wedding is to make sure there are plenty of ice cold beverages. It’s so important that Tyler, the groom, had to oversee the duty himself.

This beautiful bride is also a beautiful mama of two. Tracy and Erica of Beauty for Ashes got her all dolled up, but that didn’t stop Aly from getting her hands dirty afterwards. Click the name if you are interested in getting knock out gorgeous like these ladies.

I was looking throughout the house for a good place to hang the dress. It’s really tough sometimes, and I felt like every area was either to high or to decorated. When I went back into the room I saw a rogue hook hanging from the ceiling. With the help of Ryan and Julia, we were able to acrobate it up there.

It was so bright and sunny when I first arrived, and I am so thankful that some clouds made it our way. Plus look at how amazing these guys look!

Like I said, this was one of my shortest I have ever worked, but it was not short on love and happiness. These guys had some curve balls thrown there way right before this weekend. Both the caterer and officiant got sick with Covid 19, and they had to scramble for a solution. They made it work, the day went off without a hitch, and I am so happy to have been a part of another wedding for this family. I have only seen these guys twice, but I feel like we are all close enough to be labeled friends at this point. I can’t think of a better way to end this…oh wait, yes I can…
