Kimberlyn and Dillon

The engagement pictures were filled with rain, but the way these two stuck it out. I knew that nothing would phase them once wedding day came. This was one of the handful of days where I felt like a guest with a camera in my hand. You’ll just have to scroll to see what I mean.

It is always amazing when I get to work with the ladies from Beauty for Ashes. That team is a well oiled machine when it comes to hair and makeup.

Kimberlyn was running around working on some final touches while armed with a plate of the best charcuterie ever. When she passed by this mirror, I just had to have her put the food down for a second.

The little girl joining in with her tiny solo cup.

These ladies = stunning! Also, I’ve checked several times, the one bridesmaid’s eyes are indeed open in this photo.

The blue with the burnt orange ties (chef’s kiss).

Just a scrumptious Dillon photo.

This spot for the first touch was a little tricky to position them without seeing one another, but the results are so good. Also, when walking into the groom's suite, do not immediately go left unless you like a dart to the forehead.

All the first looks were so good. The girls hyped up Kimberlyn…

And there is something special about doing one with the grandparents…

Also, including your brother with your Dad is everything.

I don’t know what it is about walking the aisle, but most gentlemen are stone-cold the entire way. Dillon was the definition of a sunshiny day. Speaking of which, 80 degrees at the end of October is insane.

The perfect first kiss. I can see both their faces, they held it for a few seconds, the officiant isn’t floating behind their heads, and Kimberlyn and Dillon used only the classiest amount of tongue. JK and the tongue ;)

They told me that there were going to be bubbles when the bride and groom came back down the aisle. Never did I expect the sheer quantity that flew about. It was amazing.

Kimberlyn “Can I hold my margarita while they hold me up?” The answer is always yes.

Dillon didn’t get much hang time, but the photo is still so much fun.

I swear, these two had to have rehearsed the way they look at each other prior to their wedding day.

Kimberlyn is a goddess. End of story.

Nuns pounding down shots during the entrance. Yes please!

That just after kiss moment where you linger for a few seconds.

There are several ways you can measure how good a speech is. The amount of laughs, tears, or the way the bride chews on her straw. Speaking of measuring, Dillon, how did you snag up Kimberlyn?… That was an unexpected and hilarious snippet from the best man’s speech.

During all the dances, I spotted a kiss that was about to be blown from across the way. I’m saying its flight was directed toward me by the look on her face.

Everyone working the glow sticks with so much energy. Gotta give credit to DJ Hector for always keeping the dance floor filled, and his wife Ashley for being the best bartender ever.

While everyone is slow dancing, these two are blasting finger guns.

Neon sign last names have become one of my favorite creative lighting props to incorporate.

A photo can’t quite capture the awesomeness of being reeled in on the dance floor. DJ Hector will attest to my love of this move.

A bride who double fists is my kind of bride. Add in a perfect composition where she is framed between two Miller High Life's, and you get magic.

The crowed spoke, and Dillon fired his shot.

We need a vote over which throw back dance song ranks best, YMCA or Macarena.

I feel like Mom and Dad asked these two to take their photo, and it just turned into a selfie.

Chickberry Farms is such a great venue. The owners are so fun to work with, and they are continuously working to improve their offerings. This is the brand new fire pit they had installed not too long ago.

That last dance before the exit hits just a little bit different.

These two keeping the party going.

Stopping for that mid-send-off booty smack, and then coming back in because now the reception has officially switched gears with a new DJ behind the mix table. I say it a lot, but once again this wedding was so much fun. I seriously could not believe how quickly the night flew by. I’m so sad that it has come to an end, and I hope I get to see everyone at another wedding with this same energy. You were all amazing.
