Bringing A Friend

You decided you are finally going to make the leap. You bring up the contact information of your favorite photographer who also just happens to be the writer of this blog post. As you are typing out the email you start to have visions of all the beautiful and sexy outfits you are going to wear, that white bralette that is in the back of your drawer, the black body suit that hasn’t quite graduated from your wish list into your cart, or your bra and panty set that is way to intricate to actually be used as a functional bra and panty set. Then you start thinking “Oh gosh, it’s just going to be me and him. I don’t want him to judge me if I do something embarrassing!”

This client had her HMUA stay as her friend during her boudoir session to help out. HEre you see him tying one of the many difficult straps to get to in this particular outfit.

These are totally normal thoughts, and you are not the only one who thinks them. It’s one of the reasons why I encourage my boudoir clients to have a friend tag along. They will take on the role of making you feel more comfortable, they can help fix little things like tags poking out, and they will most definitely hype you up by telling you how beautiful you look by using phrases like “Girl that is hot! Your husband Adam Levine is going to love that right there! “

MS. G’s HMUA is adding some final touches to her makeup, and before stepping away he said “Girl you are looking so hot right now!” That little line is such a boost in confidence, and we continued this Delaware boudoir session by capturing some of the most beautiful images of the day.
