Jess and Morgan

I don’t know what to say. My words will do no justice to the awesomeness that was Jess and Morgan’s wedding day. This family is one of the chillest, and when the party needs to start no one hesitated. Get on the dance floor when the music begins, and stomp till the night ends. Scroll on to see!

“A picture with me and my nugget?”

The girls at Jane and Tay Salon know exactly what I’m looking for in a hairspray shot.

Morgan said he wasn’t nervous like he was yesterday, but he had trouble figuring out his bow tie and cufflinks.

Bayside Golf Club has some of the best natural light.

One of my favorite spots is the double doors in the Groom’s suite.

Bringing in reinforcements to help.

She stuck her tongue out at me.

It was a overcast day (which is great) prior to and just after the first look. The sun came blazing just for this moment though.

It helps when your sister in law owns Flourished. The girls and the flowers just radiate elegance.

“Charlie’s not going to take your last name before I do.”

If I were to rank the most difficult shots I attempt to do. This one is easily top 5. Super slow shutter speed, super high aperture, and both the couple and I have to hold completely still. Shout out to the wedding crew though. They nailed the motions first take.

If you build enough time prior to the wedding, then you get to enjoy way more cocktail hour after the ceremony.

I don’t know if I would ever take a bride back to this spot. The red sand is just asking to ruin all our days.

This spot though <3 Just a pot with the flowers blocking the parking lot.

The best greeting ever.

This stair shot. So good.

Just a little cheek lick.

The twins have arrived.

Taking a breath in.

Holding it together with a tear coming down her cheek.

My favorite ring shot ever. He is cheesing, and she has another tear coming down.

The flower girl did not throw any flowers, but Great Grandma took care of them after the ceremony.

A little ceremony throw up.

And just like that, these two get to chill with their friends for a bit with some snacks and drinks.

“Want a shrimp?”

Getting in more practice before intros and first dance.

“No, we said two minutes!”

The cool table.

Auntie won favorite dancer of the night. There were parts where I felt like I probably wasn’t old enough to watch.

Hands down my FAVORITE wedding photo ever!!! Combination of right place, right time, and my camera was already pointed in their direction. To capture this moment mid wine hitting every part of her is just as good as it gets.

It’s been a few months, but I am finally reunited with my boy DJ Hector!

Next favorite dancer is this frisky ol minx.

Dueling worms!

You would have never guessed this was the wine girl.

Huge shout out to Hadlie for capturing video for the couple, and being there almost every step of the day.

And there it is. An epic wedding day once again by this amazing family. We didn’t get a sunset because it started pouring rain, but I did the best I could creating a different kind of magic. It’s hard to impress me sometimes, but these guys continue to set the bar.
