Keyona and Josh

This was the perfect October day. I came in to this wedding only meeting Keyona twice for just a couple seconds each time so I wasn’t sure what I would be walking into in terms with how cool everyone would be. The answer, everyone was SO cool. Need proof? Scroll on!

Everyone was mostly done getting ready when I arrived, but the kiddos still had to get their hair done.

That pre-dress portrait.

Getting that body all shimmery.

A first look with the kiddos <3

The little dude was either cheesing at me, or trying to turn around to get an early peek at Mommy.

Everyone battling the bees that were loving the flowers.

Probably gonna be Josh’s background photo.

The smile on Josh was absolutely contagious, and it was amazing getting to see him light up in front of Keyona and his children.

There was a random beer sitting in the aisle, and as they cleared it to get ready for the ceremony, Josh said he would take it.

A reaction that trumps a smile any day.

Walking down the aisle to a recording of her grandfather talking about marriage <3

“Who gives this woman to be married to this man?”
Keyona’s son “I DO!”

The first official family portrait.

Putting their strength to the test.

The best part about The Barn is the beautiful front doors.

Surprising him with a groom hat.

Tried to sneak a photo of her eating the cookie, and she gave me an icing smile.

First two on the dance floor! We still have to do the formal dances guys!

And I love a formal dance that opens the floor up for all the couples.

During the ceremony, I see this out of focus orange shirt guy in the background. It was Token, so I was okay with it.

The way CHase and Cassie dance with one another.

Doing a dance with your children gets me everytime.

Two favorite dancers of the night go to these two girls up front.

Close second for favorite dancer. He came onto the floor twice, and kept everyone wanting more.

Shots with the boys, and shots with the girls. I love my job. Also, I love when Lauren is there to keep me from being thirsty.

During dinner, I was trying to explain to Erin how to shake the ranch out of the bottle in the most indirectly explicit way I could. Her response ”Jonathan, you are going to turn my face red!”

Break dancing, slapping the floor, and plenty of shaking.

I told Josh’s brother that this is how babies are made, and he said “You got that right!”

My mail lady!

You don’t need a giant venue, or all the guests in the world to have a fun wedding day. Surround yourselves with the ones you love, and the ones who love to party, and the day will be just as awesome. And to quote the kids running around “We are high on lemonade and tea!”
