Karissa and Morgan

Once again, the forecast all week long showed nothing but rain. Luckily it only lasted an hour from about 1-2. When I walked into the bridal suite, the music must have been darn near close to maxed out, and the drinks were flowing as far as the eye could see. It was at this moment that I knew that everyone was ready to party.

The music was blasting, the booties were shaking, and the robes were hanging on for dear life.

Sometimes it’s difficult finding a spot to hang the wedding dress. A tall staircase is always a great option. Bonus points if there is a classy chandelier.

Gotta have the post makeup mirror portrait. Kacey was the master behind the brushes.

The hair was already done when I arrived to start the day, but that’s okay, we captured a different kind of spray shot.

The pre-ceremony bridal glamour shot.

It was about a 50/50 split between excitement and dread over the shot of Jameson.

River is my favorite ring bearer of this year. You’ll see why later.

Professional fake laughers over here.

The amount of sexual innuendos thrown out while Karissa tried to force an earring in was just amazing.

This getting ready photo was staged, but it worked out so good. Shooting into a mirror as her Mom and Sister put on the finishing touches.

Gazing deeply into his eyes.

Red glassy eyes as he see’s his bride for the first time.

The wind during this wedding was absolutely insane. Somehow Karissa managed to keep her hair in check. Dad had nothing to worry about.

Coming out of the ceremony like…

Just a whole lot of scrumptious.

I love gifts like these. They always hit the heart.

Let’s just take a moment to swoon.

My favorite series of images from the whole day. Before and after River.

These ladies were so much fun throughout the entire day. Also, I am obsessed with the burnt orange against the green grass.

The guys were amazing too. Not a single person skipped a beat when asked to do a kissy face to Morgan.

Album cover material right here.

Karissa, if you got bit on the cheek by a mosquito, it was during this photo. I totally noticed it when I brought up the images on the computer.

First official Lewis family portrait.

The first dance was beautiful, but does it top…

River picking his nose during the Father Daughter dance?

This time of year is a little tricky. Dinner is usually halfway through being served during sunsets, but we were ready and the results were so awesome.

Get you a best man who does his own stunts.

The sheer joy on the dance floor was incredible.

My favorite cake smash photo of the year. Look at all the crumbles just caught in time.

There was no shortage of booty shaking thanks to every single bridesmaid.

So awesome seeing old friends all grown up. I used to ride the school bus with Megan forever ago.

Someone sign these ladies up to be Cowboys receivers.

Giving her a sneak peek of tonight.

What did I say about booty?

Just a little creative silhouette using the exterior of the venue. King Cole Farm is a new wedding venue in Dover. Definitely check it out!

You may recognize these two newly weds from last year’s blog!

Defying gravity!
And there we have it. Karissa and Morgan, you two surround yourselves with some of the most fun people I have ever had the pleasure to spend the day with. Totally makes sense though because you two are the bomb. I cannot thank you enough for having me take part in your big day, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you both!
